No. The colon character isn't legal in that context.

The SRV record allows one to specify a port in addition to a hostname
providing the requested service. But to my knowledge no web clients are
SRV-aware, so it wouldn't do you any good to create one.

Why not just set up "webmail" as a web virtual host which does nothing but
redirect to http://server.domain.domain:6789?
