BIND 8 to NT zone x-fer

I"m interested to know if anyone has experienced this before.  I'm doing a zone
x-fer from a sun sparc 5 running solaris 7 with BIND version 8.  I'm trying to
setup secondary zone transfers on an NT 4 server using service pack 6.0a.  The
NT server is in another state, so I'm not at the console.  I setup my first zone
and it immediately transferred.  I setup the second zone on the same NT server
pulling from the same SUN server and it never updates.  I've tried deleting and
redefining it, to no avail.  I had a collegue try it on another server and the
same thing happens, the first zone works and the second fails...  Any one have
any ideas?  I did find one clue in the knowledge base regarding the "one-answer"
option that may be the solution.
