Running BIND chroot on Solaris 8 (Solution)

I recently set up BIND (chroot) on Solaris 8. There doesn't seem
to be any up-to-date information available on the subject on the
web so I took the liberty of putting together my findings. If you
are running BIND on Solaris this may be of use to you.
