make non-root users reload named

Hi all,

First time in here.... and already have a question.

How do i configure named so that non-root users can reload the database.
I want someone else than me (=root) to be able to add entries in our company
dns without giving this person the root password.
At the moment named is now being run as root. should i alter this.
The system is linux-2.0.35 running named-8.1.2
