cant make tmpfile

hello bind users ,

	i searched the archives but did find something that will solve my
problem.

here's my error:

Jun 19 11:22:05 trinity named-xfer[7076]: can't make tmpfile
(NsTmp7070.0.rm2Vsa): Permission denied 



how do i solve this ?
it's running on an ix86 Redhat linux 6.0 kernel 2.2.16
named is run by user 'named'
named version = 2.0p5
