You cannot do this [easily]. You'll need to sign up for a dynamic IP
service, such as tzo.com (which allow for mydomain.com to be used), and
there are a couple free ones (dyndns.org is a nice one, but only allows for
you to be a subdomain, like mydomain.theirdomain.com). They all require you
to send your new IP every time it changes, and they'll link it to the domain
name.
