local works. remote doesn't.

Thanks for all the info I have gotten lurking for the past few weeks.

When I type

# nslookup citizenstrange.com

I get

Server: localhost
Address: 127.0.0.1

Name: citizenstrange.com
Address: 209.197.236.128

BUT, if I try and use the IP address of my server to do lookup by typing

# nslookup citizenstrange.com 63.99.21.237

I get

237.21.99.63.in-addr.arpa
origin = server-icaweb-org.icaweb.org
mail addr = dns.icaweb.org
serial = 1
refresh = 10800 
retry = 3600
expire = 604800
minimum ttl = 86400
*** Can't find server name for address 63.99.21.237: No information
*** Default servers are not available

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be wrong?
