Where is that message coming from?  I don't see it anywhere in the BIND 8.2
source code.  If it's coming from the registrar, it's not a BIND problem.
It sounds like they're complaining that the delegation information you're
submitting doesn't match the NS records that are in the zone itself.

If you have servers that the rest of the Internet can't reach, so you've
left them out of the registration (called "hidden primary" or "stealth
secondary"), you should also leave them out of the NS records in the zone
itself.
