reverse lookup I just get the ISP's server

How are you doing the reverse lookup?  Do you have a zone file with the
$ORIGIN of 112.184.161.in-addr.arpa?

You should be able to complete test your server.  All that you would need
for going live from your isp is the delegation for the reverse.
