That all looks good.

I *think* this output must mean that lines from two separate greps are 
being concatenated, because there is an apparent lack of chronilogical 
order.  I think the relevant line is "Database error near ()", this is 
a fatal error that would explain the zone being rejected.

Since there is nothing visible in the parens, my best guess is that your
zone data includes some non-printing control character that you can't see
in the web interface.  Try deleting all your data and re-entering it, 
perhaps using cut&paste from a text editor that you know would show any
unwanted control characters.
