OK, everybody.  This has been happening all too often lately.  Look
real hard.

I know of no mailing list from which one routinely unsubscribes by
sending an "unsubscribe" message to all the thousands of readers of the
list.

This mailing list sends you the technique for unsubscribing in the
headers of each and every message on the list.
