People who maintain domains should be held accountable for them.  They
can lie or just have no information in SOA records.  While they can lie
to NSI, too, then NSI gets their bills returned and the domain gets
turned off.  ;->

Domain contact information must remain public.

IMHO.

No comments on NSI or their new corporate uberseers, Verisign.
