"ns_forw".  Briefly, your name server is lame for the in-addr.arpa zone
you've blacked out, i.e., there's an NS record that indicates your
blacked-out name server should be authoritative for your blacked-out zone,
but your blacked-out name server is in fact not authoritative for your
blacked-out zone.
