A bind or Apache error?

No it isn't. The error is in the zone file. The line:
	www IN CNAME 209.204.28.46
is wrong. The target of the CNAME should be a hostname - ie a name
that exists as an A record somewhere - not a dotted-decimal IP
address. ie:
	www.mirmat.com. IN CNAME mailhost.nathan.net.

This "advice" is utterly meaningless unless you specify what that
CNAME points at.
