BIND Multi-Lingual Extension

Hi,

Sort of.  The modifications aren't modules, but rather patches that make BIND
version 8 8-bit clean (BIND version 9 is 8-bit clean out of the box).  None of
these patches are shipped with BIND from ISC, however.

There is working group in the IETF, IDN, that is looking at standardizing the
support for multi-lingual domain names.
