If you've read the configuration hints at www.isc.org, or read recent
messages in this newsgroup, they should be pretty clear to you.  You
haven't configured a default TTL using the $TTL directive in those zone
files, so it's falling back on the old bejavior of using the MinimumTTL
field in the SOA record as the default TTL.
