funny errors on my Secondary Bind Server

This message indicates that 10.200.1.50 doesn't have the 10.in-addr.arpa
zone installed on it.  The answer count was 0, indicating that it doesn't
know any NS records for 10.in-addr.arpa at all.  The data in the Authority
section is probably a referral to a root server.
