Dynamic Updates

I may be faced with setting up/registering hundreds of DNS entries on my DNS
Server -
Is anyone aware of any database driven application/ODBC that would
dynamically update
DNS ?
I have already looked at DNS Boss - but this still involves manual input -
I'm ideally looking for
an application that would read in a standard mail form with the domain
details and have an automated
update of the Primary DNS.
