nsupdate from bind-8.2.2-P5 dumps core?

Since upgrading from 8.2P1 to 8.2.2P5 on AIX 4.1.5 I have noticed that
the nsupdate program regularly dumps core:

# dbx nsupdate /core
Type 'help' for help.
reading symbolic information ...
[using memory image in /core]

Segmentation fault in main at line 581 in file "nsupdate.c"
  581                   APPEND(listuprec, rrecp, r_link);

In my input file to nsupdate I have used templates like the following:

"update delete %h.%d. in a\nupdate delete %r.in-addr.arpa. in
ptr\nupdate add %h.%d. %t in a %a\nupdate add %r.in-addr.arpa. %t in ptr
%h.%d.\n\n"

Is this a known problem?
