Domain name not working outside my own domain suddenly...

I'm hoping somebody can help me with a problem. All of a sudden, one of
the domains i'm doing DNS for isn't resolving outside my domain. Very
strange...my DNS server is serv.industrynet.net (209.19.72.254), the domain
with problems is xserv.net

Here is what I get locally:

Server:  serv.industrynet.net
Address:  209.19.72.254

xserv.net
        origin = serv.industrynet.net
        mail addr = tony.xserv.net
        serial = 2000010712
        refresh = 10800 (3 hours)
        retry   = 3600 (1 hour)
        expire  = 604800 (7 days)
        minimum ttl = 86400 (1 day)
xserv.net       nameserver = serv.industrynet.net
xserv.net       nameserver = ns1.savvis.net
xserv.net       preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail1.industrynet.net
xserv.net       internet address = 209.19.72.150
xserv.net       nameserver = serv.industrynet.net
xserv.net       nameserver = ns1.savvis.net
serv.industrynet.net    internet address = 209.19.72.254
ns1.savvis.net  internet address = 209.16.211.42
mail1.industrynet.net   internet address = 209.19.72.150

When I go to the secondary and try and query the doman, this is what I get:

> server ns1.savvis.net
Default Server:  ns1.savvis.net
Address:  209.16.211.42

> set q=any
> xserv.net
Server:  ns1.savvis.net
Address:  209.16.211.42

*** ns1.savvis.net can't find xserv.net: Non-existent host/domain

Why is the domain not working outside my own system?

Thanks.

-Chris
