refused query on non-query socket problem on bind 8.2.2.5

Hello,

recently we upgraded two secondary name servers from bind 4.9 to 8.2.2.5 on
Solaris 2.6. 

Ever since we started experiencing the following problem: every couple of
hours the name servers stops answering queries with "refused query on
non-query socket" even for localhost. Sometimes named stops answering
queries for it's ethernet interface but answers to localhost. Restarting
named solves the issue for another couple of hours.
