Ok it isnt made when named is run - which isnt really a problem as named
works fine... its just everytime i want to do a named.reboot or .reload
i get the ndc error i mentioned below:

> > ndc: error: ctl_client: evConnect(fd 3): Connection refused
> > ndc: error: cannot connect to command channel (/var/run/ndc)

which make perfect sence as the command channel isnt there! Any ideas?
