Uh, yeah, that's BIND 4 named.boot syntax, not BIND 8 named.conf
syntax.  If you want to convert that to named.conf's syntax and you've
installed named-bootconf, try

# named-bootconf < named.conf > named.conf.new

and use named.conf.new.
