DNS affecting domain and NT Mail

Hi all,

My company uses BIND 4.9.5. We never have any problem with it. But recently,
we got some problem with one domain that is not spread out over the net and
problem with NT Mail. Problem with domain is like this: This domain can only
be viewed from our network, not from outside. I already check everything, it
seems fine. Other domains is OK, only this particular domain. This problem
continues for about a week and suddenly today it's working fine from
outside.

My most concern is with the NT Mail because it's working inconsistently.
Some domain works fine, but some domain cannot receive email from outside,
some are bouncing back and some are disappearing. Today I reboot the DNS
server and suddenly the postmaster receives a bunch of email. Does anyone
know what's the problem?
