	Named will not create the command channel if there is a syntax error
	in named.conf.  The reason for this is that named.conf defines the
	security level of the command channel and if there is a syntax error
	in named.conf we can't easily be sure that the default channel is what
	is wanted.

	Correct the syntax error in named.conf, kill (with kill) and restart
	the server.  The location of the syntax error will have been logged.
