Bind 4 vs Bind 8

I'm tasked with running the DNS for our organisation - I'd like to keep us
on Bind 8 on a Linux box I've hocked together.

Now I know that I can secure the linux box far tighter than I can the NT box
with Bind 4 so thats one easy reason to stay 

but

I need to know what specific advantages (for a small to medium sized
Enterprise network) Bind 8 (latest version) has over Larry Kahn's Bind 4.9.7
for NT.

Any pointers to specific pages gratefully accepted.
