[ADMIN] The gateway to comp.protocols.dns.bind is back up

Hi all,

The gateway between bind-users and comp.protocols.dns.bind is back up.
Apparently, another newsserver was gatewaying the mailing list to a
different newsgroup and keeping the same message IDs, which prevented
postings from showing up in comp.protocols.dns.bind.

Thanks to all for your patience.  Also, thanks to all who notified
bind-users-admins or listmaster at isc.org of the problems, and apologies
to those I didn't respond to personally.
