You can set the TTL of a record by including it between the owner name and
class, if any, or between the owner name and the record type. In BIND 8.2 and
later, a warning message will be generated unless every record has a TTL, either
explicitly or implicitly. The usual way to achieve this is to use the
$TTL directive at the top of each master file. See the documentation.

The NOTIFY message is normal.
