try adding $TTL 3600 to the beginning of every zone.

For example (also the default SOA values included):

$TTL 3600
domain.com.     IN      SOA     ns.domain.com. hostmaster.domain.com. (
                                2000121401 ; serial
                                86400 ; refresh
                                7200 ; retry
                                3600000 ; expire
                                172800  ) ; minimum
