"sysquery" error

I recently said:

I think I now know what was causing it--my 134.147.in-addr.arpa zone still
listed "bluebird1.creighton.edu" as a NS--should have been changed to
show the delegation.

The question now is--how would I know that from the error message--I found
it by desk-checking everything I did (should have done)--a brute-force kind
of thing.
