Hullo!

I hope one of you kind souls can offer some suggestions to a little
problem I'm having with my domain acentral.co.uk....

Basically, some nameservers don't resolve anything but the primary
A-record, no www/ftp/mail A-record and no MX records.

Two nameservers I know this problem exists with are 'nic,netdirect.ca' and
194.168.4.100 which is the my ISP's own NS..

acentral.co.uk has a primary of klub.org and a secondary of
primary.tradeelectronically.com (I used to have root access only on the
klub.org machine, so I could make changes more easily...)

Here's the contents of /var/named/acentral.co.uk

-------------------- BEGIN ------------------------
;

@                       3600    IN  SOA
wintermute.klub.org. gdh.klub.org. (
                                200050035
                                3600        ; refresh
                                600         ; retry
                                2073600     ; expire
                                14400     ) ; minimum TTL

;
;  Zone NS records
;

@                       IN      NS      klub.org.
@                       IN      NS      primary.tradeelectronically.com.

;
;  Zone records
;

@                       MX      50      acentral.co.uk.
eddie                   MX      50      acentral.co.uk.
mail                    MX      50      acentral.co.uk.

@                       A       62.254.57.6
www                     A       62.254.57.6
mail                    A       62.254.57.6
ftp                     A       62.254.57.6
eddie                   A       62.254.57.6
------------------- END ------------------------

Is there anything wrong with the syntax of this?

Asking klub.org and primary.tradeelectronically.com about acentral.co.uk
with nslookup both provide identical, correct information... but some NSs
around the world only pick up the primary A-record...

Any ideas would be MOST welcome as I can't really trust e-mail to my
domain simply because I don't know that everyone will be able to send to
it!

Kind regards,

Gavin Hamill.
