Actually, there IS a good reason to use 10, or 20, or any number
other than 0, and I would never recommend using 0 or 1.  When
you need to insert another mail server for temporary or test
reasons, then you don't have to change several lines around.  You
just give the temporary machine a lower preference.  One line
changed = only one line to remove when you are done.  The fewer
changes you make, the fewer errors you will introduce.  It may
seem minor, but you can work quicker with more confidence.
