You forgot the "type" field, i.e. "SOA".

As a minor point, the email addresses in these zones are bogus. The
algorithm which is followed for SOA RNAME is to convert the first dot into
an @. So the email address represented there is "root at pgtc"@com. If you
want to represent root at pgtc.com, then the RNAME should be root.pgtc.com.
