What address are you sending the mail to exactly?

If you are sending to
	user at host.aegiscomgroup.com

it is not the MX record you listed below that is used,
but either 
	a) an MX record for host,aegiscomgroup.com
	b) a wildcard MX record for *.aegiscomgroup.com
	c) ths IP address for host.aegiscomgroup.com.

I did a lookup for  host.aegiscomgroup.com MX just for laughs, and found:

This indicates that you may have a wildcard MX record, but that it is
bad (you seem to point it so an IP address instead of a name).

I was not able to do a zonetransfer from your primary NS to check
what exctly is going on though.
