DNS and Zonetransfer

i have a strange problem with my dns (bind 8). The Nameserver don't
answer queries for zonetransfers. When I check with nslookup> set
type=axfr
   i get the answer 'query refused'! I have already checked the firewall
and port 53 is open for tcp/udp! In the /etc/service is the port 53
enabled for
 tcp/udp!
 Please help! Write what ever comes up to you mind,
