Non Authoritative Answer - Bind 8.2.2P5 on Solaris 7

Nothing in named.conf is appropriate to answering this.  A server makes
itself non-authoritative if it detects problems in the zone file.  There
should be messages in /var/adm/messages describing the problems that were
detected.
