DNS for NT

I built 8.2.2-p5 under WinNT 4.0-SP6, then copied
all the install files over to a Win2k system and 
the BIND service runs just fine...
I have not tried to compile it from win2k.

I will TRY to build 8.2.3 later this week if I have time.
