Upgrade from BIND 4.9.x to 8.2.x Procedure

Yeah. 

1. Keep the maps the same.
2. Get BIND 8.2.X source
3. Follow installation instructions
4. Compile with appropriate options
5. Convert your /etc/named.boot to appropriate /etc/named.conf format
