A question about Whois and the 50 record limit

	The news group comp.protocols.tcp-ip.domains deals precisely
with questions like this, also.

	I suspect that the reason for the limit is not so much to save
the whois server, but is one more measure to do something about all
the spam or unsolicited commercial email which like toxic smoke finds
its way in to every email box.
