web tool for modifying DNS entries?

I was wondering what was considered an easy-to-use (web) tool for modifying
DNS entries, and whether or not it mattered what DNS software (ISC, MS) was
running in order to use it.  It would be even more desirable for the tool to
modify
an Access database we have of our IP addresses (if that's not too much
to ask).
