Hello. I've got a hostname (pbob.speeder.com) that used to be at
208.21.179.174. About two weeks ago I changed the dns for that domain
and it now *should* be resolving to 216.99.201.164. The problem is
that nslookup says:

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: pbob.speeder.com
Address: 208.21.179.174

Which is the old address. Here is the soa from the old name server:

@ IN	SOA	pbob.speeder.com.	roman.speeder.com. (
			2000032801 ; serial
			36000 ; refresh
			3600 ; retry
			3600000 ; expire
			36000 ; default_ttl
			)

So, it seems like two weeks later looking up pbob.speeder.com should
give the new address. I've queried as many name servers as I can
think of and they all give the old address.

Is there a way I can find out from whence the cached name comes?

Any help would be supremely appreciated.

^Roman
