Not reading changes to named.conf

OK, so basically my name server is looking at ns1.dn.net. I however do
not know why it should think that ns1.dn.net is the
authoritative/primary nameserver for this domain because the whois on
the domain name states that the primary/authoritative nameserver for the
domain is our server and ns1.dn.net is only the secondary nameserver.

Domain servers listed in order:

   NS1.W3W.NET                       209.207.141.151
   NS1.DN.NET                        206.43.192.76

Our other domains using the same primary, secondary servers are working
fine.

Just out of interest the our server's resolv.conf file does have our
server at the top of it's list.
