Or <URL: ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind/doc/>.  Once the doc tarball for
the current distribution is expanded, look in doc/man for ndc.8 [nroff
source], ndc.lst8 [nroff output], or ndc.psf8 [PDF?].  Note that the
'nroff' source uses a specific BSD macro set - but it looks like it can
be transformed into a more traditional "-man" macro set.  [Obviously, I
opted for the easy way out - using the output files.  ;-)]
