Help - DNS log error

Hi

My secondary nameserver keeps dying with the following error:

critical: ns_notify.c:353: INSIST((zp->z_flags & Z_NOTIFY) != 0) failed

AFAIR the INSIST part reflects an inconsistency error, can anyone shed any
light on this?
