Public DNS (Granitecanyon) Problems and LAMER NEWBIE questions

I have had a granitecanyon dns account for about 6 months now. It has
worked perfectly for a LOOOOONG time until I had to change my ip. Now
90% of the time boboki.com no longer resolves, it only resolves on a
few machines, and the ip keeps reverting back to the old one! I have
made changes to BOTH primary and secondary about 50 times. I am using:
boboki.com.   IN A 216.77.249.63

Now that is correct.. I know it is, it when I resubmit the changes it
works for a whole day then BAMN.. quits working again.

And another question is: How can I set up boboki.com so it will resolve
to boboki.homeip.net?
IE>  boboki.com.   IN A boboki.homeip.net.
there has to be a way to do it. That way I can change boboki.homeip.net
instantly and the changes will show on boboki.com. Is this possible? Or
am I just a loser? (or both ;-) )
