as much as I found out Win 3.x/9.x/NT _usually_ does NOT query the secondary
when you have it in the dns-configuration.  on MACs I _never_ saw it working
when the primary wasnt reachable that the client switched over to the sec.
dns server. .. -> broken dns implementaions? not that I care too much... ;^)
