Hi,

I am trying to download 128-bit version of Internet Explorer and the errors
comes back fro the Web Site:

"Encountered an improperly formatted domain name. Please try again. If the
problem persists please contact your service provider. (406)
You appear to be connecting from the following IP address:
207.20.37.150"

"The US versions of Sun-Netscape Alliance products contain strong encryption
that may be subject to US government laws and regulations. Export of strong
encryption, even by Internet download, is regulated by the Bureau of Export
Administration ("BXA") regulations. For more information on BXA's Export
Administration Regulations ("EAR"), 15 C.F.R Parts 730-774, please see the
BXA homepage.

As part of these regulations we most be able to verify that the destination
belongs to a domain in Canada or the United States. We were not able to
verify the location of your host."

I was told this has something to do with the reverse record to verify I am
in the US (which I am!)

The same happens if I try to download any 128-bit encrypted software from
different web sites.

I have (I think) reverse naming turned on correctly. Has anyone seen this
before?

Thanks!
Mr. B
