Hosting my own .com

I tried to host my own .com using my own name server with internic, but
Network Solutions  rejected the request because my server is not
registered as a name server.

My nameserver is running on www.fashionjunction.com.
I have created www.peachjobs.com on the this server, nslookup has no
problem with it.

How do I register as a valid nameserver with Internic ?
