Recommendation for the budding bind FAQ

Someone posted a bind FAQ skeleton the other day.  I don't remember seeing
the following question:

    What does this message mean?

"message" can be all sorts of sometimes clear and sometimes cryptic stuff,
but the one that prompted me to post this is:

    ... [[<local-ip>].<local-port>] record too short from [<remote-ip>], zone ...

which as we all know means that the name server at <remote-ip> doesn't allow
transfers from <local-ip>.
