domain routed through some ISPs not others

Hello,

from my point of view it even looks like the domain lmspartners.co.uk does not
officially "exist".
Here is what I get now  from the master NS for co.uk. :

Don't know the history record of the domain, but I'd check with the
UK registration office first.
